Limitation of Liability

ScribaHaven shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
• Errors in product descriptions or pricing
• Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers
• Improper use of art supplies or stationery items

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on ScribaHaven, including product designs, logos, and website elements, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not:

• Reproduce or distribute any content without permission
• Use our branding for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer any website components

Customers retain full rights to artwork created using our products.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging:

• Defective items: Full refund including return shipping
• Customer preference returns: Refund of product cost (customer pays return shipping)
• Custom or personalized items: Non-refundable unless defective

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through your account dashboard. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct negotiation between parties (30 days)
2. Mediation through a neutral third-party service

By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. All claims must be filed within one year of the incident.
