Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 within the continental US.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to safety regulations, certain products (especially paints and markers) may have shipping restrictions to some locations. If your order contains restricted items, our customer service team will contact you.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. ScribaHaven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
