Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging:

Defective items: Full refund including return shipping
Customer preference returns: Refund of product cost (customer pays return shipping)
Custom or personalized items: Non-refundable unless defective

Dispute Resolution
